Explore our range of workshops designed to build self-awareness, strengthen communication, and enhance collaboration — all grounded in proven tools like Emergenetics® and Soundwave®.
Change can feel challenging not only because of what is changing, but because people think, respond, and engage with change differently. One simple but powerful way to engage others during change is to understand their preferred way of working — shaped by how they think, what they value, and how they respond under pressure.

Learning Outcomes
Methodology
This workshop is designed based on the Emergenetics thinking and behavourial attributes, and adult learning principles. Hence, there is a good mix of facilitator inputs, group discussion, practice, and self-reflection to maximise your learning.
This workshop is minimally 1 day and can be customised to suit other formats e.g., modular, more than 1 day or staff retreat.
In Singapore, national exams like the PSLE, ‘O’ and ‘A’ levels and IB programmes are milestone events in a youth’s life (defined as 10 to 19 years old). Many parents want to support their child through these but may find it an uphill task due to generational gaps.
Emergenetics® for Youth, based on the foundation of the (adult) Emergenetics Profile, equip adults with information on how the child prefer to think and behave thus, opening up further possibilities for differentiated learning and bonding.
In the process, the child will also better understand their gifts, respect the brilliances of others and improve their life and learning skills, to get through the exams and other important events in the future.
